GENERAL FORECAST FOR TO-DAT (By the Government Meteorologist.) Recent indications (5 p.tn- yesterday) are for strong northerly and westerly winds, cloudy and unsettled weather, with rain probable generally, the barometer unsteady and probably falling again shortly, in the south.
