The New Zealand Loan and M-A. Co. will hold a clearing sale of dairy stock at Waikanae on Tuesday next, on account of Mr A. Monk, of Beikiorangi. Price and Co., auctioneers, will sell at No. 36, Lux ford street, Berhampore, at 1.30 p-m. to-day, the complete contents of a :6-roomed dwelling. Mr T. Bennie, architect, invites tenders for the erection of the Crown Theatre at Thorndon.
