The monthly sitting of the tippetHutt’Court was held: yesterday before Mr D. G. A. Cooper, S.M. * Robert Ferguson . was fined 10s ante costs 7s, with the alternative of- seven, days in gaol, for using obscene language. For failing to render personal service as required by the Uolencc Act, Aibin Greenwood was fined 10s,, with costs- 7s, in default forty-eight hours military detention. Under 1 section 0 of the-Orchard antt Garden Diseases Act Frederick Key. was fined •£!, and 7 s costs for fading .to take the necessary steps to eradicate the codlin moth, from his orchard.
