IUSH FOR WAIMATE SECTIONS. Press Association. TIMARU, March 26. A ballot for twenty-two farm lots in he Otaio-Makikihi district'was held o-day, after two days had been spent n examining applicants. Four adacent settlements were dealt with, and •he following are the names of the sucessfnl ones out of hundreds admitted o the ballot (there were over 600 apilications lodged):— Hilbro’ Farms —1 J. Soott, 9 T. Vangiom, 10 'J. ones, 11 W. Irwin,-12 T. Scott. Finlay Downs Farms—l E. Grieve, A. Acheson, 3 R. J. McLean, 4 J. . Grogan, 5 E. McConnell.
