By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received March 27, 1.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, March 26._ A general meeting of the Colonial Sugar Company decided to register a separate company in Fiji, with an approximate capital of £3,500,000, of •which £3,250,000 will he 6 per cent, preference shares in the existing company. The directorate and management of the new company will control the Fiji and New Zealand business, and the existing company will represent the Australian business* The dividend on existing shares will be out down to 6 per cent until a sum equal to a year’s dividend on the preference shares is set aside and invested in the outside business.
