4 GIGANTIC PLOT DISCOVERED (Received March 25* 11.30 p.m.) NEW YORK, March 23. Qertnan-Americans are involved in a gigantic plot to send contraband to Germany through an' agent in Copenhagen. They succeeded with several consignments of ammunition and foodstuffs, via Holland, Sweden ana Denmark, despite tho blockade. Sir C. Spring Rice, tho British Ambassador, has tendered to the State Department a series of charges, backed by affidavits. An investigation is proceeding.
