BOMBARDMENT OF TSING-TAO JAPAN AND THE TSINAN-FU RAILWAY By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. TOKIO, October 25. Official. —Japanese naval heavy artillery is co-operating with the land forces in the bombardment of Tsing-tao. The Japanese Minister has again assured the Chinese Government that Japan has no intention of acquiring tho Tsinau-Fu railway, which is Chinese, and states that the line has been taken merely because of its financial relations with Germany.
