Paris advices state that the Montenegrins have occupied Mount Tarabosch - ATHENS, August 12. The Servian Legation states that the Servian troops have arrived before Serajevo. INVASION OF BOSNIA GENERAL .TANTCOVICS IN COMMAND. (Received- August 13, 9 p.m.);. NISH, August 13, morning. The united Servian and Montenegrin armies have begun the invasion of Bosnia with three; columns. The Montenegrin General, Jankovios, is in command. General Putnik, Chief of the Servian General Staff, is ill. The “Daily Chronicle’s” Vienna correspondent stated on July 27th that General Putnik. was staying at Gleenchenberg, a watering -place _at Styna, with his daughter. The police entered a train, knocked and made their way into General Putnik’s compartment. Putnik drew a revolver. The detectives allege that he intended to shoot himself. His daughter, meanwhile, was screaming; There was a desperate fight and Putnik fell, a detective holding him and pressing his knee against his chest. Finally he carried Putnik out of 'the train, his daughter still screaming. At the station. General Sorsioh, Commander at Budapest, expressed regret that he was compel-, led to arrest Putnik. BRITAIN AND AUSTRIA WAR HAS BROKEN OUT. In the House of Representatives last evening the Prime Minister read a cablegram announcing: “War has broken out with Austria-Hungary.” _“Tlie news' is ' not altogether unexpected,” INfr Massey observed: “It simply means that Britain is now at war with Austria.” ,
