The captain of a GreoK steamer reports that ho met the German warship Goeocn approaching the Dardanelles on August 10th. REFUGE IN THE DARDANELLES. (Received August 111, 7.30 p.m.) LONDON, August 11, midnight. The Official Press Bureau states that there is good reason for believing that tho Gbeben and Breslau took refuge ;(i the Dardanelles, and will bo dealt with according to international usage.
