■UNFAIR ‘COMPETITION ALLEGED IN SYDNEY. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright SYDNEY; July 11. A leading city butcher declares that Sydney consumers pay at least 25 per cimt. more than they should for meat, owing to the operations of the canning companies, including the American Afeat Company in Brisbane. He claims that those companies ore not only unfairly competing against the local car-case-butchers, but are jeopardising the city’s meat supply and forcing prices l to an artificial limit.
