RESOLUTION OF PROVISIONAL GOVERNMENT, (Received July 12, ,5.5 p.m.) LONDON, July 11It is officially announced that the . Ulster Provisional. Government _ resolved that it is willing to consider any proposal preserving Ulster's r-gnts- *■ under the Imperial Parliment, but that it distrusts the Government's bona fidos, and is compelled-to press on with its arrangements to resist the imposition of Home Rule. It has instructed its executive to act accordingly, and has enjoined ite supporters to see that everyone within Ulster phnll enjoy full civil and religions freedom. „ , . The Provisional Government urged Loyalists to maintain the same restraint as hitherto, carrying out whatever forward stops the executive considers desirable.
