By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright (Received July 12, 5.5 p.m.) NEW YORK, July 11Mr Field, editor of a San Francisco magazine, Mr Fowler, tho aviator, and two others, have been arrested on a charge of disclosing military secrets. Fowler aeroplaned over tho Panama Canal forts and wrote an article pointing out tho inadequacy of tho defences against an air attack. Mr Field published tho article. . Tho Department of War ordered tho arrests. This is tho first prosecution of tho kind over heard.
