RECASTING OF AMENDING BILL COMPLETED. (Received July 10, 9.20 p.m.) LONDON, July 10. The HoUso of Lords completed the recasting of the Amending Homo Rule Bill. They adopted Lord Halshury’s amendments removing tho Unionists of Ulster and the south and west of Ireland from the jurisdiction of the Homo Rule judiciary, also Lord MacDonnell’s proposal to withdraw the Lands Purchase Acts from the Irish Parliament’s control, and Lord Kenmare’s motion perpetuating Imperial control of the Irish Constabulary. The report stage, it .is expected, will bo reached on Monday, and the third reading on Tuesday. THREE THOUSAND NURSES. FOR SERVICE WITH ULSTER VOLUNTEERS. "Times” and Sydney "Sun” Services. LONDON, July 9. A hospital service of three thousand nurses has been organised in connection with tfho Ulster volunteers.
