ITS POSITION FOR THIS MONTH. The Government Astronomer (Mr C. E Adams) forwards' tho following ephemeris of the new comet Zlatinsky, calculated by Mr Charles J. Westland, of Glenminck, Christchurch, from th« elements of the orbit:—
