EMBEZZLEMENT CASES
Press Association. NEW PLYMOUTH, May 21. In the Supreme Court this morning, William Ogier, who was found guilty of embezzlement on Tuesday, came up for sentence, and was released on condition. that ho comes up for sentence when called upon. At Palmerston North yesterday, George Sutherland was sentenced to nine months’ imprisonment for embezzlement of Taihape Borough Council moneys.
