GENERAL FORECAST FOR TO-DAY. (By the Dominion Meteorologist.) Present indications (5 p.m. yesterday) are for westerly winds, strong to gale, changing to southerly in most parts by to-morrow evening; wet and stormy weather with snow on higher levels, and colder weather following.
