Discussing tho Army Estimates in tho House of Commons, Air Rowland Hunt (Unionist) asked whether the War Office orders for Australian meat had been reduced, because the meat was infested- with a parasitic worm, f Colonel Seeley, Secretary of State for War, replied that it _ was found necessary to excise a portion of each carcase to make sure that a parasite was not present. This applied to all meat imported from Australia.
