The Arbitration Court will sit at Napier on March 17th. The following cases are set down : —Coachworkcrs’ dispute, boilermakers’ dispute, and Kendall v. Ward (compensation). The Napier drivers apply to extend their award, and the engine-drivers and general labourers (Wellington) apply to add parties. The court sits at Palmerston North on March 19th, where the coachworkcrs’ and boilermakers’ claims will he heard. The compensation case Kinley v. King also comes on for hearing.
