MR FISHER’S MEETING

To tho Editor “N.Z. Times.” Sir, —Is it possible for you to inform us if the rumour is correct that the Hon. F. AI. B. Fisher is going to address his constituents on Friday next in St. Peter’s Schoolroom? A number of us have been discussing it, and we cannot think that such a popular and amusing young man would condescend to speak in one of the smallest rooms in the city. We are getting somewhat tired of pictures, and as Wirth’s circus, with their fine lot of acrobats, are not in the district, we are disappointed that the room will not be big enough for us to get in to have an evening’s amusement in listening to Mr Fisher. —I am, etc., CENTRAL.
