The Conciliation Council had to-day before it a dispute' in which the Canterbury Agricultural and Pastoral Labourers’ Union'sought to obtain hours, wages and' working conditions in respect to men employed on threshr ing mills. After some discussion <r the demands the dispute, was referre to tbs Court of Arbitration.
