MORE SCHOOLS CLOSE
IN HEREFORDSHIRE. VICAR HAS SAD EXPERIENCE. By Telegraph—Press Association —Conyrleti (Times— Sydney "Stm" Special Cables.) (Received February 4, 5.30 p.m.) LONDON, February 3. Additional schools have closed in Herefordshire. The services of a sergeant of police were necessary at Bromyard to get the lads to school. At another town a vicar opened a school, but scholars gave him such an unhappy time that finally he abandoned his self-imposed task of teaching.
