AND WHEREAS by an order of His Honour Mr Justice Chapman, made on tho 17th day of October, 1913. it was ordered that personal service upon you of the citation extracted against you in this cause, and of a copy under seal of the petition filed herein be dispensed with, and that three advertisements in a daily newspaper published in Wellington, with an interval of one week between each advertisement, of an abstract of the said citation and petition should be in lieu of personal service.
