EIGHT HOURS’ DAT FIXED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright PARIS, November 24. The Chamber of Deputies has passed a law firing an eight hours| day for miners, with optional overtime, not to exceed sixty hours yearly, compared with the Senate’s overtime of 150 hours. Most of the strikers have resumed work.
