GENERAL FORECAST FOR TO-DAY (By the Dominion Meteorologist.! Present indications (5 p.ra. yesterday) are for a continuance of unsettled weather: heavy rain probable generally, strong north-westerly to south-westerly winds prevailing. The barometer has a falling tendency still, but is likely to rise temporarily everywhere soon.
