ON BRINK OF COLLAPSE. Hy Telegr-ipli—Press Association—Copyright (Received October 21, 11.30 p.m.) BERLIN, October 21. The Zeppelin enterprise is on the brink of a collapse. It has many enemies, and Government confidence in it is declining. Without Government orders the company cannot survive. The recent disasters are threatening the popularity of Zeppelin air tours. It is now suggested that the long immunity 'from accidents is due to happy chance.
