(Received October 21, 10.50 p.m.) LONDON, October 21. Mr R. McKenna, Homo Secretary, speakings at Oriifithstown, said there was no necessity to discuss Home Rule at length. It would become law in tho next session. The battle had been won two years ago, and the Parliament Act would do the rest.
