GENERAL FORECAST FOE TO-DAY. (By tho Dominion Meteorologist.) Present indications (5 p.m. yesterday) are for moderate to strong west to southwesterly winds, with cold, changeable and showery weather. The barometer will probably continue to fall slowly in the north for a few hours, and then rise everywhere for a short time.
