ANNUAL MEETING. The annual meeting of the Wellington Fox lex-rier Chub was neid in uwioer’s rooms, Cuba street, last nignl. .lur R. Iraggs presided. the report and balance-sheet showed the club to be in a satisfactory financial position, despite tne heavy expenditure incurred during the past three years, in whiefi the club have purchased over £IOO worth of trophies. A suggestion to amend the rules governing the competition for the in-ter-island shield, with the obbject of equalising the chances of the North and South Islands, and altering the rules governing the Sires ProductStake, to allow entries of sires at date of- entering progeny, ■ was left in ■ the hands of the incoming committee to decide.

The question of holding a series of “evening matches” during the winter months- was left, in tho hands of the incoming committee.

The annual subscription for active members was raised to 10s, and for honorary members ss.
