LIVELY MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
CHAIRMAN’S ACTION LIMITING DISCUSSION WARMLY CRITICISED QUESTIONS OF CAPITAL AND CONTROL
The annual meeting of the shareholders of the Bank of New Zealand was held yesterday morning, the chairman of directors, Mr Harold Beauchamp, occupying the chair. The following directors were present:—Messrs M. Kennedy, W. Milne, D. J. Nathan, T. H. Upton, and William Watson. There were thirty-two shareholders present.
