PECULIAR SITUATION AT BASLE. BERNE, Juno 16. "Owing to the peculiar geographical situation of Basle, the dyers on strike there belong to three nationalities. Troops from the three States, totalling five regiments, are engaged in maintaining order. _ . The chief anxiety of the authorities ■is to prevent the Swiss troops entering Germany and the German troops entering Switzerland.
