Petone and Tramways played a very good game on No. 1„ Athletic Park, yesterday. The play was* somewhat above the usual standard of Wednesday football. Hancock and Daly got over for Petono, neither try being converted, and the game ended . Petono 6, Tramways ml. Mr A. C. Kitto was referee. Butchers won by default from Oriental.
