GERMAN OBJECTION TO BRITISH CONTROL. PEKIN, February 27. Germany has informed Great Britain ■tWfc she will not assent to a Britisher being head of the salt gabello unless 'Great Britain renews certain proposals extraneous to a loan negotiation. This new phase has strengthened the 00-operotian of the Anglo-French group.
