Applicants will require—(a) To submit full particulars of their experience and qualifications naming the machines or appliances they are capable of operating and of furnishing instruction thereon, and stating the period such machines or appliances have been worked by them. (c) To furnish satisfactory evidence of their ability to conduct classes of Instruction and to prescribe examinations to determine competency of learners. (d) To supply evidence of character.
