PUBLIC TRUST OFFICE
On the motion of the Solicitor to the Public Trust Office, the Supreme Court has granted the Public Trusteeprobate of the wills of the following deacesed persons: William Fraser, late of Fairlio, farmer; Thomas Reid, late of Paint' erston, farmer; Archibald Hood, late of Hew Plymouth, farmer; Mary Campbell, late of Christchurch, widow; Annie Elizabeth Lloyd-Jones, late of Westpprt, widow. Probate of the wills of the following has been granted to the Public Trustee as appointee of the executors:— Frances Louisa White, late of Blenheim, married woman: William Thomas Beny, late of Christchurch, batcher. Amninistration ■ has ( been obtained from the Court in respect of the estates of the following deceased intestate persons:—Archibald Edward Cawkwell, late of Manna, farmer: Duncan Alexander Glow, late of Papakora, fanner j Richard Ernest Blade, late of Auckland, fanner; Soren Thomasen, late of Taoroa, fanner; Albert Roy Whittaker, late of Auckland, jockey; John Campbell Highet, late of New Brighton electrical engineer; Thomas Nichols, late of Tunaru, custodian; William Murray, lateof Ahaura, miner; P. McCain, late of Maerewhenua. settler; William J. Norris, late of Auckland, baker; Hester Stewart, late of Kaikeura, widow; J. W. Kennedy, late of Addington, tailor; C. Hennesy, late of Cromwell, labourer; A- Whittaker, late of Turakina, fanner; John Farrell, late of Otorohanga, farmer; Graham Johnstone, late of .Whatawhata, labourer. Orders aa, under were made in respect of .the following estates:—A. H. Walker, order to sell reality; W, Heaps, order to presume death; W. J. Day, order appointing trustee.
