A BISHOP’S PASTORAL LETTER. ROME, February 25. Monsignor BonomeUi, Bishop of Cremona, in a pastoral letter, denies the infallibility of the Church authorities in political questions, and suggests that the Church should enter iuto relations with all Governments. The pastoral regrets the conflict between Church and State in Italy.
