Bell, Minister of Internal Affairs, yesterday communicated hy cable with tho Homo authorities, and received a reply that Lady Scott would take the title and precedence of tho wife of a Knight Commander of tho Bath. Lady Scott, who during her stay m Wellington, is the guest of the Hon. H. 1). Boh, will continue her voyage„to Sydney to-day in tho Aorangi, accompanied by Lieutenant Bruco, and they will travel from Sydney to London by the P. and O. steamer Medina, sailing tm March sfch.
