NEW INSTITUTE AT ROME. ROME, February 23. Signor Luigi Luzzati, ex-Premler, hnx accepted the advisership of the new institute at Rome which will train Chinese in agriculture, political economy, and subjects relating to statecraft. ■ Signor Luzzati is Professor of Public Law at the University of Rome, prior to which ho was. in turn. Professor of Political Economy at the Technical Institute, Milan, and Professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Padua. He has been a member of the Italian Chamber of Deputies since 1870.
