Press Association. INVERCARGILL, January 16. The case of Archibald Uerbie, lettercarrier, who was yesterday sentenced to one month’s imprisonment for sending an indecent publication through the post to a young woman, was reheard to-day, when the magistrate, Jlr Cruickshank, reviewed his previous decision. He remitted the sentence of imprisonment, and lined Herbie £2O.
