SMALL HOLDERS
FINANCIAL ADVICE AND LOANS. (Received January 16, 1 a.m.) LONDON, January 15. Mr Runciman announced in the House of Commons that the leading joint stock banks had agreed to open rural branches to assist the formation of credit societies, and to assist small holders with financial advice and loans.
The hanks will advance the societies money on most favourable terms.
