SECEDE FROM LABOUR PARTY. ON SNAP VOTE. (Received January 14, 9.55 pm.) LONDON. January 14. Tho Boiler-makers’ Society, with a membership of sixty thousand, decided by 2690 votes to 2152 to discontinue its affiliation with the Labour Party. The supporters of iflo latter regard this as a snap vote.
