A MANSLAUGHTER CHARGE. SYDNEY. December i. Mrs Hart, who fatally shot a night porter, named Harry Foley, at an hotel in Darlinghurst. on October 2oth, has been acquitted on a charge of manslaughter. Mrs Hart was showing a revolver to Foley, and being unaware it was loaded, laughingly pointed the weapon at Foley. The charge went oft. and Foley fell dead,* shot through the heart.
