A DEFINITE AGREEMENT CONCERNING WELSH CHURCH. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright LONDON, December 3. Tho “Times” states that a movement among Liberal Churchmen and broadminded Nonconformists against disendowincnt has resulted in a definite agreement that endowments, with tho exception of tithes, be left to tho Welsh Church. It is believed tho Government ‘will accept an amendment in this directum.
