THE WEATHER PROSPECTS
GENERAL FORECAST FOR TO-DAT (By the Dominion Meteorologist.) Present indications are for changeable weather with scattered showers, especially in the West Coast and southernmost districts. Moderate to strong and variable winds are probable,. with south-westerly to westerly predominating. The barometer is unsteady, with a rising tendency at present, but is likely to fall again for a small disturbance due to pass tonight. (Details on shipping page.)
