NATIVE TRUST LANDS
The East Coast Native Trust Lands Amendment Bill was committed, on the motion of the Hon. Sir Herrics. The Native Affairs Committee, he said, had struck out one clause, and the one left was to give the Public Trustee definite power to lend money to the , board fer development purposes. The Bill was reported as amended. Consideration of the Bills reported was deferred, and the House rose at 1.50 a.m.
