(b) Service by sailing vessel Auckland to Tonga, leaving Auckland every eight weeks, thence by steamer Tonga to Niue. (c) Service by steamer every four weeks between Tonga and Niue. Sailing vessel, oil engine preferred, to have accommodation for not less than four cabin passengers, and a cargo carrying capacity of not Ices than 100 tons under hatches. Steamer for direct service to be of a cargo capacity of not Ices than 150 tons under hatches, speed not less than S knots, and to have cabin accommodation for not less than six cabin passengers. Steamer for service between Tonga and Niue to bo of a cargo carrying capacity of not lees than 100 tons under hatches, speed not less than 8 knots, and to have accommodation for not less than six cabin passengers.
