INSPECTOR. (Received October 21, 9.10 p.m.) OTTAWA, October 21. A strike of policemen has occurred at Lethbridge, in Alberta. They took exception to the appointment of a Toronto constable as inspector over the heads of the local men. Eleven temporary patrolmen have been secured*.
