HEALTH CONFERENCE
BERLIN, July 28. King George, as Patron of the Royal Institute of Health, telegraphed to the Health Congress at Potsdam, hoping that this and similar congresses would promote those peaceful relations which always existed between the two peoples. The Kaiser also sent greetings to the Congress.
