SYDNEY WHARF LABORERS CASES.' (Received July 26, 8.50 p.m.) SYDNEY, July 26. After a conference between counsel the charges against thirty-four of the North Coast Company’s wharf laborers —of participating in a strike to enforce the company’s compliance with a demand not to employ sailors in the holds of the steamer Burringbar—wore withdrawn.

Three others were dismissed, on the ground that the men wore not aware that a strike had been called for till they arrived on the wharf. Hearing of the cases against twen-ty-six others was not finish to-day
