PLE3B ASSOCIATION. KEEFTON, July 21. At tho annual meeting of the Min, ers’ Union last night the present president was re-elected. A competition for the secretaryship ensued, Mr J. Collier opposing Mr M!._ Fagan. ;It is understood that a motion ordering a secret ballot with a view to seceding from the Federation.of Labor was lost on the voices. There were 155 mem, hers on the lock-out pay roll at tho end of the financial year.
