SOUTH AFRICAN WINS SECOND
STAGE,

At tho Bisley rillo meeting, in the second stage (ten shots each at 300 and 600 yards) of the King’s Prize Ser-geant-Instructor G. Harvey (South Africa) was the winner with an aggregate score of 196, taking the silver medal. Four Australians made aggregates ranging from 187 down to 183.
LONDON MAN WINS. (Received July 22, 0.23 a.m.) LONDON, July 21. Private Fulton, of the 13th (Queen’s) Westminster Rifle Volunteers, won the King’s Prize (third stage ten shots each at 800, 900, and 1000 yards) with an aggregate of 335 points. Chaplain Fenn, of the 6th Sussex Regiment, was runner-up with a score of 334.
Last year Private "W. J. Clifford (Canada) was Kind’s Prizeman with a score of 319.
